Our tropical twist on a
cool summer classic

Serves: 2  |  Product used: Guava spread


  • 12 mint leaves 
  • Sea salt flakes 
  • 2 slices of lime 
  • Juice of 2 limes 
  • 60ml white rum 
  • 1/3 jar of Rutherford & Meyer
    Guava Spread
  • Crushed ice 
  • Soda water


Divide mint leaves into two separate glasses. Add a pinch of salt and a thin slice of lime to each. Using a wooden spoon crush & bruise mint leaves & lime slices to a rustic pulp. Add the juice of one lime to each glass. Fill glasses with crushed /shaved ice. Top with Guava spread, rum & soda water. To finish, garnish with mint leaves & enjoy.
