Blue Cheese & Greek Yoghurt Dip
We love creating fun and flavoursome dips to use on our platter boards. This one is not for the faint heart as it is very strong in flavour!
½ cup of plain Greek yoghurt
½ cup of Waimata creamy blue cheese
1 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp dry mustard
Pinch cayene pepper
You’ll want to mix everything apart from the blue cheese into a large bowl. Once mixed slowly add your crumbled blue cheese – taste as you go to see if you need more or less!
