All of our products are made right here in our Wellington factory - we are a small business with a team of passionate foodies who continuously produce high quality products for you to enjoy.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order is received in our office it takes around 2-4 days for processing
and delivery. Shipping delays may occur due to couriers. We currently only ship within New Zealand.
IF I AM LOCAL, CAN I COLLECT IN PERSON?
YES - you can collect your order in person by entering the discount code "COLLECT" and COLLECT in the comments area. Your order would be available for pick up the following day. .

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We don’t accept returns for our snacks but if you are dissatisfied with any of our products please contact us at office@randm.co.nz and we will organise a replacement. .
DO YOU HAVE ANY GLUTEN FREE OR VEGAN FRIENDLY PRODUCTS?
YES - We have a delicious range of gluten-free Rice Wafers - perfect for any platter board or snacking solo!
Our Cracker Bites are also gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan friendly. In three flavours Chickpea, Beetroot and Sweet Potato they are loved by all.
Plus our Upcycled Grain Project Rock Salt crackers are also dairy-free and vegan friendly! .
CAN I RECYCLE YOUR PACKAGING?
YES - all of our packaging can be recycled.
Our boxes are fully recyclable and our outer and inners are made from soft plastics. Depending on your areas requirements these can be rinsed and recycled as normal, or placed in a soft plastics bin. .
